Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. (Free Shipping For Standard Shipping. $18 for DHL, and free shipping for DHL if orders over $89.)

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia, it will take about 30 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.



Return Policy

You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

14 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

1. Within 14 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
3.If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
4. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns)
5. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
